Photos are typically delivered next morning. All other media are delivered within 24 hours.

Absolutely! We encourage you to provide a shot list or specific requirements when you book our services. This helps us capture your property exactly how you envision it.

We'd love for you to be there but you are not required to attend the shoot. If you or the homeowner will not be at the shoot, please provide access details when booking your appointment.

We require a minimum 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot time will be subject to a charge of $50. Any appointments cancelled within 1 hour of the scheduled shoot time will be subject to a charge of $100.

We can go ahead with the shoot as scheduled unless it's raining or snowing. If the weather is too poor to shoot, we can reschedule for the next available day at no extra charge.

If you would like for us to shoot the interior during bad weather, we can return to shoot the exterior later, but this may incur a reshoot fee.

Drone shoots may need to be rescheduled or cancelled if there are extreme wind conditions.
